The fastest way to get a real answer is to call. If it is easier to send the address and let Meredith come back to you, the form at the bottom of this page does that.
Reach Meredith directly
- Phone or text: 806-781-7464
- Email: meredithsherwood@kw.com
Calls are generally returned the same day. If you reach voicemail, leave the property address — it means she can pull the listing history before she calls you back, and the conversation starts somewhere useful instead of at the beginning.
Office
Keller Williams Dallas Metro North
2611 Cross Timbers Rd, Ste. 100
Flower Mound, TX 75028
Meetings at the office are by appointment. For most listing conversations Meredith would rather come to the house — she needs to see it to say anything useful about it.
What to have ready
Nothing is required, but these three make the first call substantially more productive:
- The property address. Enough on its own for her to pull the history and the comparable sales.
- Roughly when it was listed, and with whom, if it has been on the market before.
- Whether your listing agreement has actually ended. If you are not sure, that is a normal thing not to be sure about — how listing agreements end in Texas explains what to look for, and it is worth knowing before you talk to a new agent.
Areas served
Denton County and the Tarrant County side of the line, including Denton, Flower Mound, Highland Village, Corinth, Double Oak, and Lewisville. If your house is nearby but not on that list, ask — the list reflects where she works most, not a boundary.
What Meredith does not do
Land and commercial property. Buyer representation is not what this practice is built around. And she is a real estate agent, not an attorney, accountant, or financial adviser — for divorce, probate, or tax questions she will tell you plainly that it belongs with the right professional.
