This page explains what happens to the information you send through this website. Short version: it goes to Meredith so she can respond to you, and it is not sold or passed on to third parties.
What is collected
When you submit a form on this site, the information you type into it is collected — typically your name, phone number, email address, city, property address, and whatever you write in the message field. The page you submitted from is recorded alongside it, so Meredith knows what you were reading when you got in touch.
The site also records standard technical information that every web server logs, including your IP address and browser type.
How it is used
To respond to you about selling your home. That is the entire purpose. Meredith may call, text, or email you using the details you provide.
Form submissions are stored in this website’s database and forwarded to the customer relationship management system Meredith uses to keep track of conversations, so that enquiries do not get lost.
What is not done with it
Your information is not sold, rented, or traded. It is not shared with other agents, lenders, or third-party lead buyers. It is not added to a marketing list you did not ask to join.
Information may be disclosed where the law requires it, or where it is genuinely necessary to complete a transaction you have asked for — for example, sharing details with a title company on a sale you are party to.
Analytics and cookies
This site uses website analytics to understand which pages people read and how they arrive. That data is aggregated and is used to make the site more useful, not to identify you individually.
Your browser may store small files (cookies) from this site or from the analytics provider. You can block or delete these in your browser settings; the site works without them.
Stopping contact
Reply to any message and ask, or call 806-781-7464. Meredith will stop contacting you and remove your details on request. You do not need to give a reason.
